Sometime later, after lunchtime, Kekoi returned with his entourage of guards, entering the palace once more to head to the kitchen for some food. These outings would always make him hungry, despite how much he ate while out.

Kin saw him return and the instant he was in the building she rushed right to his location, tears streaming her eyes.

Kion grumbled as he stood up and exited the bed, kissing Riksha's forehead first before grabbing a kimono-style robe to put over his lack of attire. He tied the sash tight before slipping into the living room, and then to the door, which he opened slowly. "May I ask why you're here bothering me so early in the morning?"
