So it was a day or two after Kin-Yuan's fight with Kekoi. Kin was a little hothead, that's for sure. She stepped out onto their balcony and locked the door behind her so that no one would bother her. Kin looked over the amazing view she had. Birds flying past, the sky was clear and sunny. She wished that she felt like that on the inside, all happy. But actually on the inside, she felt like a stormy night.

Kekoi exited the palace, dressed in regal robes as he started immediately for the train. It was one of those days that he enjoyed seeing the city, and usually he went on his own. But today, he wanted company, and so the people of the Earth Kingdom capital of Ba Sing Se would have to suffice.

Kin was looking over the balcony as she saw her husband leave for the city. She sighed as her eyes clouded. How much longer could they go on like this? Her head hung low.
