Kion moved through the crowds, trying to locate anyone that could give him answers. He came across the Vice-Admiral swiftly, and found out about the revolt without needing to ask. His eyes narrowed, and he whirled around to return to his home so he could tell his beloved.
Though when he saw her, his eyes went wide, and his attention was drawn long enough for him to be pushed over rather brutally by a fire-nation soldier. They didn't seem to recognize him without his uniform, and he was quickly pulled into combat.

Riksha looked around, trying to keep her profile low as she wandered the streets. There was so much chaos that no one noticed her, thankfully.
She looked around, trying to spot Kion, before Moko squawked.
Riksha looked in the direction that Moko pointed and she gasped when she saw her Kion be pushed aside. She shoved her way through the crowd.

Kion had no choice but to fight back, and he did so with every ounce of skill that had given him his rank. His firebending was displayed in the utmost grace, and within moments, he had felled his opponent. But the crowd still surged around him, and he glanced around once more. When he spotted Riksha, he went for her, encircling his arms around her form protectively once he had reached her. "This isn't safe! You need to get back inside!"
