"Stop moping." Daemon glanced to his right, Subaia walking beside him. "I'm not moping." "Yes, you are. And brooding." Daemon scowled. I am not! They were walking through the rock garden just outside the back of the Manor, Subaia stating it was a good place to meditate, and draw raw energy from. So, the elder took his perch and closed his eyes, beginning to do just that. Daemon watched for a few moments before leaning against the rock face of the mountain, not at all sure of what to do with himself.

Rosie walked out to her balcony. A pang emerged in her stomach. She missed Daemon. Rosie growled to herself, He was a traitor. Her traitor.. Daemon was wrong. Rosie loved him since the first moment she saw him.

Daemon lifted his gaze to the skylights, which now shone with the moon's glow. He wondered if he had done the wrong thing. He wondered if attacking her like had was the wrong approach. She would have denied you either way. She was only toying with your life. Daemon exhaled as he pushed away from the boulder, gaze lowered to the ground in melancholy. "Where are you going?" The younger of the two glanced at his meditating brother, who hadn't even opened his eyes. "Bed." Subaia nodded once. "Very well. Sleep well, my brother." Daemon nearly snorted with contempt before catching himself. He, instead, just lowered his chin and proceeded into the building. Exhaustion was beginning to drag his body.

Rosie wiped the tears from her face. She turned around and closed the doors behind her which led to balcony. "Daemon I want you back." Rosie whispered to herself as she wrapped her arms around herself. Rosie flung herself onto her bed and stared at the leftover blood stains. She had told the servants that she wanted them. They knew her pain. They allowed herself to keep them. They were her last memory of Daemon.

He couldn't sleep. The past events haunted him, and he felt as if every fiber of his being had been torn from his body. He couldn't leave it at that; he couldn't. Daemon stood, and without giving any reason to his plan, teleported. He reappeared on Rosie's balcony railing. He would at least apologize, and then he would leave her alone, should she still want him gone. For now, he just crouched there, waiting.

Rosie head movement on the balcony. She opened the two doors, her eyes fell upon the demon. She said nothing but just stood there, her eyes gazing into his.

"Rosie...I had to come and apologize for my behaviour last night," Daemon said quietly, returning the gaze earnestly, and with pain laced behind his emotion-bearing eyes.

"I can forgive you for last night. But your agreement with Subaia, I will never forgive. You betrayed me."

Daemon furrowed his brow. "What agreement, Rosie? I never agreed to anything except seeing what he was up to."

"I'm not an easy one to fool. I know damn straight you and Subaia joined forces." Rosie whispered to him. "Why are lying to me.."

Daemon slipped off the railing, but remained a distance from her. "Rosie, believe me, I'm not lying. I honestly would never join forces with my brother. Not with what he's after." Though his words may have seemed that he were telling a falsehood, his eyes said otherwise, indicating he was actually telling the truth.

"I'm not leaving," Daemon said sternly. "Because I am telling the truth. And if it'll prove my point, I won't return to the commune."

Rosie closed the doors with magic. Just go. Please" Rosie felt another pang inside her.

Daemon shook his head as he sat on the balcony floor against the railing. He'd stay there all night if he had to. Anything to stop the pain.
