Name: Aeron Ellsworth
Race: Human
Nickname/Title: The Trickster, Loki
Canon/OC: OC
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Sexuality: There is no doubt in Aeron’s mind that he likes women: nothing else. End of discussion.
Occupation: Pirate Thief
Relations: A little sister (Sienna) hiding somewhere else in the world, though he refuses to say much else about her. Gotta keep the family safe and unknown and all that lovely stuff.
Appearance: Messy bedridden dark red hair, sea blue-green eyes, rather pale skin for all the time he spends in the sun, and a slender form. The smooth contours of his neck often bring about jokes that he’s got a female’s neck – none of which he takes lightly. He often claims his favorite part of his body is his long nimble fingers because “they never fail him” and can “pick any lock, steal any key, do anything.”
Personality: Laidback, relaxed, but stubborn and argumentative. For a pirate thief, and someone used to the grim lifestyle of a street urchin, he is oddly optimistic and a bit too trusting of the wrong people. He claims that his “gut instinct” will tell him when not to trust people and when he is in danger – and for the most part, for the last part, it works, but never for the first part. Aeron often ends up trusting the wrong people and mistrusting the right. Despite this, he is rather good at reading subtle changes in body language and deciphering the hidden meaning behind most words.
He is an excellent pickpocket thief and lock picker, often priding himself in his capabilities, and can proudly say he is one of the few people in the world that knows how to swim. Unfortunately, his navigational skills are nonexistent. Wherever and whenever he is, he has a ninety-nine percent chance of getting lost. Still, he refuses to admit this flaw. He also has issues with asking for help, even when he needs it the most. Another flaw of his is forgiving people too easily – often because he forgives the
wrong people.
Aeron’s favorite pastime is partaking in parley and pulling harmless pranks on others. As far as pirates go, Aeron is likely the least threatening and least harmful as he has a blood-phobia and intensely dislikes physically harming others. On one hand he can count how many times he has actually gotten into a fight and/or punched someone – all without drawing blood.
History: Ellsworth’s history, as far as anyone is concerned, is boring and not-needed information. He was born into a poor family in Spain that struggled to put food in their stomachs; his father vanished overseas to get a job and his mother eventually died from an abrupt illness. The end. All that remains is Sienna, his younger sister.
Ellsworth decided to work as a seaman and send money to Sienna so she could eat. He had her stay with trusted friends “for safety.” Eventually, after several voyages and ships, Ellsworth came across a pirate ship and was thusly introduced to the art of pirating. Soon thereafter, he received a letter from the trusted friends saying Sienna had left and he should not send money anymore. At which point, Ellsworth came to a crossroad of indecision and has remained there since.
He has decided he would like to acquire a ship and locate his missing sibling, but to do so means to remain a pirate in order to get the money or – hopefully – a ship. So, Ellsworth is still a pirate. Ironically, his captain is a Nobleman: Leif Ó Nualláin.
Other: Aeron prefers to be called “Ellsworth” but somewhere along the lines got saddled with the nickname of “Loki” due to his pranks. He blames Leif. As far as other people are concerned, he is horrible with the sword. Some seem to believe his terrible swordsmanship is simply an act. Whether or not it is, I have yet to decide.

Name: Sienna Ellsworth
Race: Human
Nickname/Title: The Witch
Canon/OC: OC
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Sexuality: Heterosexual.
Occupation: Pirate Witch
Relations: The younger sister of Aeron Ellsworth.
Appearance: Long tendrils of vibrant red hair fall down to Sienna’s back. She often remarks about how having long hair is both a benefit and a detriment; it can be used for many things, but it can be used against the owner just as easily. Her eyes are liquid pools of water and her skin remains pale, despite whatever weathering it receives. Most ladies have long, well manicured, nails. Sienna does not. She constantly bites them out of an inborn habit.
Personality: Despite her peaceful appearance, she is far from it. Sienna is a raging whirlwind of sometimes violent and always far too passionate emotions. She will get riled up about an idle remark on the decapitation of animals and vengefully protects the pirate name – simply because her brother is one. She also does not like the idea of her brother gallivanting across the globe on various adventures, being a pirate and leaving her home to “be safe and be good.” Thusly, she has started her own pirating adventure! If she comes across her brother along the well, well fine by her. She can just show him how superb she’s become with the sword.
Needless to say, Sienna is not the least bit against partaking in a good fight, friendly or not. She has an inborn code of honor and when she gives her word, she keeps it. In return, she expects the same. Unlike her brother, she cannot swim. She is a bit of a pyromaniac and somehow obtained a firelighter: she keeps this close at all times. Her kinesthetic sense and navigational abilities are so spot on she’s actually received a compliment about them from one sailor. Only one.
History: After her idiot of a brother left her in Spain with some trusted friends, “for safety,” Sienna spent her time sending letters to him demanding to know what he was up to and mastering the art of equivalent exchange. During her practices of what some would consider “alchemy” and others “witchcraft,” she was introduced to a sword. Since then, Sienna took up a second mission of mastering the weapon. If Aeron was so intent on her safety, well then, she should just learn how to defend herself. No better way to stay “safe” then to point a friendly little sword at someone.
Other: She enjoys practicing in any and all logical magical arts in existence. Sienna claims that her goal in life, for now, is to become a master of The Art. Sienna also intensely enjoys dressing up like a pirate. This has often gotten her into various sticky situations.

Name: Leif Ó Nualláin
Race: Human
Nickname/Title: His Lordship
Canon/OC: OC
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Sexuality: Heterosexual. Supposedly.
Occupation: Nobleman that just so happens to enjoy pirating activities
Relations: One of three heirs to the Ó Nualláin estate and the most favored one, albeit the youngest. He actually comes from a rather large family and spends most of his time avoiding the entire lot. On a politically correct front, he loves them dearly. On a personal level, he hates every single one but two and would willingly kill them for a single shilling.
Appearance: Look at picture. Being lazy.
Personality: A rather aristocratic and gentlemanly individual, he never fails to flatter people and insult them in the same move. He enjoys speaking as sophisticatedly as possible and confusing people at every which turn. He also strives to be ten steps ahead of everyone else.
To those that don’t know him well, they would either call him a manipulative bastard or an honorable nobleman. Really, he’s just a young man looking to fill his free time with some excitement. He has a high moral standard and when he gives his word, he means it. He has never broken a vow and as such takes it very seriously when another person does. He won’t hesitate to extract revenge and when he does, it is brilliantly well played. He is naturally a rather carefree but talkative individual.
History: Born in France. Had a nursemaid that spoke Spanish. Forced to learn Latin. Knows three languages, but considers Latin utterly useless except when “trading secrets with fellow noblemen.” When he was five, he fell off his horse on purpose, breaking his collarbone and dislocating his shoulder in the process, simply to make the point to his father that “No. I will not ride a horse. I will fly a ship. And that is it.” Some would say this proves Leif to be a spoilt brat. Others would use it to say he has spunk. Leif uses it to prove that he will go to drastic measures simply to prove his point.
Other: He is an excellent dancer and a master at the violin – not only for playing, but fighting. There is a rumor going about that he once killed a man who dared to insult his family name with only a violin bow. Needless to say, he is an excellent swordsman and the captain of the (currently unnamed) Leif Ó Nualláin vessel. To noblemen, the Leif Ó Nualláin vessel is for Leif’s enjoyment. To those aboard the ship, the Leif Ó Nualláin vessel is for Leif’s (pirating) enjoyment.

Name: Chloelia Evelyn
Race: Human
Nickname/Title: The Illusionist, Chloe, Lyn
Canon/OC: OC
Gender: Female
Age: ? ? ?
Sexuality: Heterosexual.
Occupation: ? ? ?
Relations: ? ? ?
Appearance: Look to the picture above. I am being lazy again.
Personality: A cheerful, seemingly utterly oblivious, and naïve girl, Chloelia enjoys surprising people, shocking people, and pick-pocketing. She is a noblewoman, and this is only known because of her well-made, albeit loosely fitting, clothes and her specially crafted hat. An extremely friendly individual, Chloelia is open to any and all ideas. She is most often seen listening and rarely speaks. Despite her innocent disposition, Chloelia knows more than she lets on and is an extremely logical person. She enjoys confounding people by performing seemingly impossible magical tricks (not alchemy tricks, illusion tricks). Chloelia is never without a little black rat, hidden under her hat and unfittingly dubbed Mr. Fox.
History: No one knows where she was born. She generally speaks only Latin – another indicator that she is a noblewoman – but can speak Spanish and English. This is only known through her single worded responses to a rare comment here and there.
Other: Some believe Chloelia is secretly a distant cousin of Leif’s and one of the only two family members he likes. Others believe she is a ghost or a girl from the future. Still others believe her a witch and yet even more think her an angel. In reality, no one knows. The only thing anyone knows is that she is an oddly friendly girl always willing to lend an ear or a hand and with an endless fountain of useless information.
