"I can also teach her what I know of bending and the land's geography," Kion suggested, shrugging lightly. "But for now, I will take my leave. Think on what you would like her to learn, and I will make sure it is so. Your highness." He turned to Riksha and bowed to her after he did to her father. "Princess." When he straightened, he turned on his heel and started for the doors.
Col rolled his eyes. "It's just temporary. Don't get so excited, sister."

Riksha couldn't be happier on the inside.
The Fire Lord nodded and turned to his daughter once Kion left. "Better get packing," he said bluntly. "Take warm clothes as well as summer. It gets cold at sea."
Riksha nodded and departed, jumping with glee once she was alone.

Kion sighed as the wind tugged at a loose strand of black hair. It was nearing noon, the designated time of their departure. The crew and other workers had been helping prepare for the journey all morning. Only a few ships would be going, the Commanding ship being one of five that was chosen for the journey.
But his attention and thoughts weren't on their departure, no. They were on the idea that his beloved Riksha would be coming with him, and they'd be able to be together as they should without her father knowing of it. He couldn't wait to see her again.

The Fire Lord insisted on seeing his daughter off, so him and his daughter strode towards the docks as a large panel of guards surrounded them.
The people around them watched in awe and shock as they watched their Princess. She was dressed in normal traveling clothes fit for the sea, her long hair tied up in a large bun with her bangs taking to the wind around her face.
She allowed herself a slight smile as soon as she saw Kion.

Col glared at her. "We need supplies, not diseases."
Kion strode down the gangplank at the Fire Lord and his daughter's arrival, bowing when they met on the dock. "Good day, sir. Princess."

With a nod, the Fire Lord stepped away, and Riksha stepped forward, staring at the boat with feign uncertainty. She said a quick goodbye to her father before facing Kion. "I trust you, good sir," she said formally before stepping onto the boat.
The small bag filled with Riksha's things were handed to Kion.

Kion slung the bag over his shoulder with great consideration, following the princess up the plank to the ship's deck. He glanced back to the Fire Lord with an affirmative nod before he began shouting orders to his crew.
Within minutes the plank was raised, and all hands went to their positions. The engines started up, and a little time later, the vessel was already starting out of port.
When everything was well, Kion glanced at Riksha, motioning for her to follow as he started below deck.

The Fire Lord watched on the dock until the ships disappeared over the horizon.
Riksha smiled widely as soon as she stepped foot beneath the deck. She giggled with excitement as she followed her lover.

Kion unlocked a door, opening it and motioning inside for her to take a look. "This is where you'll be staying, Ri'sha." He smiled affectionately at her.
