Appearance: Messy dirty blonde hair and indifferent grey eyes. His clothes often appear as though they were tossed on carelessly, this is because, nine out of ten times, they were.
Personality: Serious, no nonsense, down-to-earth, realistic, and things-must-make-sense. He brings logic to the world of magic and much prefers to abide by rules and even create them. One would think he would hold an exception for Derek, being good friends with the Gryffindor. One would think wrongly. In fact, nine out of ten times Derek is caught because of Damon. Somehow, neither one has yet to hold a grudge against the other for their clashing personalities. In spite of his serious personality, or perhaps because of it, Damon often comes off as indifferent and lackadaisical.
History: How he dreads his first year, the events that occurred, and solemnly swears to bury them six feet under. Unfortunately, Derek has a knack for loving to bring up the past: specifically this dreadful incident. Dreadful for Damon, wonderful for Derek: the Lécuyer managed to rope Damon into a wildly extravagant prank on the 7th years. Yes, that prank. Much to Damon’s displeasure, he did not get properly punished for his participation.
