Felix opened his mouth then closed it, a frown on his face as he considered his words carefully. "I think that, if you want to appear as if you are older and all-knowing, then perhaps, to convey a sense of maturity, you should stop disrespecting your housemates and stop gossiping behind their backs." Felix flushed red after that, likely from embarrassment; he rarely spoke out like that. "I... it's just an opinion, but..."

Ethan couldn't help but turn red also. He blushed quite easily, "I was not talking about any Ravenclaws, well expecpt Kendall, and that's just Kendall." he quickly gave a cheeky smile to his fellow house mate. "I take pride in all my house mates in Ravenclaw, and I do show my maturity. I just have a sense of humor unlike some."

Charon's eyes grew cold. "Is that a slight on my brother?" he asked the fifth-year coldly. Robin frowned.

"Of course not. I'm sure he has a lovely sense of humor in the right situations." Ethan said calmly. "I have edgy, sarcastic and bawdy sense of humor, which obviously he doesn't agree with. The world would be a horrible place if everyone agreed with everyone." he stated to the Slytherin.

The seventh-year regarded him with a guarded expression then, and Felix glanced between them nervously, squaring his shoulder. "I need to talk to you," he murmured to his brother, and Charon nodded as Hufflepuff and Slytherin walked out of the great hall. Kendall frowned, chewing on the end of her pencil. "Poor kid."

Ethan watched them leave and couldn't help but breath out a sigh of relief, "What was that?" he asked Kendall mindlessly.

Kendall hmm'd and released the pencil, turning to the fifth-year. "What was what?" she asked with a frown. Robin was staring listlessly after the two brothers.

Ethan shook his head, "Never mind, Kendall . . . . What are you doing today?"

Kendall frowned. "I'm studying, and helping Hilary Jackson with her Herbology," she said at last. "The girl's completely hopeless, but..."

"But what?" Ethan asked her. He tightned his bag over his shoulder, "You seem preoccupied Kendall." Ethan told her. No matter how much he loved to bust on Kendall he still cared about her, and saw something seemed up.

Kendall shrugged. "Just been looking at my astronomy charts lately," she said, as if that explained everything. "It can be a little disconcerting at certain times." Robin scowled. "'S enough," he muttered as Charon rejoined their group, Felix not with him.

Ethan saw Char rejoin and pretended not to see him, "Oh . . . well . . . what'd it say?" he asked catiously. SOme wizards thought astronomy and astrology were a bunch of mumbo jumbo, but Ethan believed that they were really correct.

Kendall shrugged. "The usual. Such-and-such will be viewable tonight, there's a full moon tonight, and Mars is in conjuncture with whatever, meaning a close friend of mine is in love with someone I know well, according to my Divination teacher."

"Well, is that bad? Should you really worry to much about that?" Ethan continued to ask her.

Kendall glared at him, and Charon inclined his head lightly. Robin, like a child that had just gotten his favourite toy handed to him, responded lightly, "Kendall's just a worry-wart - nothing to concern yourself over!"
