Age: No one knows how old he is.
Personality: He has a devil-may-care attitude, but when his mate is placed in danger, he reveals just how deadly and dangerous he can be. If anyone asks why he chose a male for his mate, he says, "Why not? Vampires ensure their species' survival by transforming others, not having children."
Appearance: Cecil is an old vampire, with black hair, pale skin, and hard amber eyes. He can usually be found wearing traditional clothing.
Race: Vampire.
History: Cecil is a Romanian vampire, and has been around for centuries. It is known for a fact among the other supernaturals that his whole family was made up of vampires, and that he left Romania for unspecified reasons. When he arrived in England, he befriended his future mate William Tassel, then the youngest son of a Duke. Why he turned William when he did is also unknown, for William is extremely close-lipped about it. They were the first to reside in the mansion, as they had it built for them during the reign of Queen Victoria.
