"Strange," the crown prince commented, "that a slave should be working this whole courtyard." He shook his head then, beckoning to Isaria.
"Which is yours?" he asked moments later, looking intently at the horses.

Isaria stepped forward, her eyes wandering over each horse so she could locate hers. When she did, she smiled again, stepping forward to pet a lovely golden-brown horse. "There you are Hasina," she cooed to the beast. "Ready to go for a ride?"

Seth pulled a white stallion out, having ordered the slaves away while he did so. "Mount her quickly," he said, "because they'll be back soon."

"Alright," Isaria replied, hoisting herself onto the back of her favorite horse. "Ready Brother?" She asked, gripping the reins tightly in her slim hands.
