Rosie flinced a little. "You.. you didn't mean it."

"I was angry," Daemon murmured, sighing as he leaned against the crook of her neck, his warm breath spreading across her exposed skin. "I would never do anything to potentially hurt you."

Rosie said nothing as images flooded her mind. "Its alright.."

Daemon sighed, lifting his head as he kissed her cheek, before standing to his feet. "You can have the bed. If you're cold, I can get more blankets."

"No.. you can have the bed. I'm more comfortable in a chair.." Rosie whispered.

Daemon blinked. "Are you sure?"

Rosie nodded, "I've slept on grass. I'm sure I can sleep in a chair."

Daemon folded his arms, shaking his head. "Sleep in the bed Rosie. I have to grab some things first anyway." He turned toward the exit, ignoring the thunder crashing overhead. There were a few more important pieces of paperwork he needed to gather before the storm destroyed them. He didn't know why he didn't think of it before.

Rosie slipped into the chair after he left. In an instant, she was knocked out.

Daemon returned moments later with his paperwork, his body drenched like before. With a sigh, he set the papers aside - which had miraculously avoided getting ruined - and took up a towel to dry off. Once this was done, he carefully picked Rosie up from the chair, setting her on his bed as gentle as a father to his child. A soft hand pulled the blankets up over her, and once this was done, he went to the chair and slumped down into it, sighing as his eyes fell closed.

Rosie awoke a few hours later, finding herself in a bed. Dammit Daemon. She carefully slipped off the bed and curled onto the floor.
Ooc.
Me: You're not a dog Rosie; So.. >.>

ooc;; Oy, Rosie stop being difficult. He's trying to make up for everything he's done to you. Daemon: Yeah, seriously.
bic;; The thunder echoed in the mountains, but the brunt of the storm had now passed. Faint rays of sunlight poked through the dissipating cloud cover, an errant shaft entering Daemon's shelter, and shining right upon the golden-haired man. He winced, covering his eyes with both hands, and groaned with the brightness. It was morning, which meant he had to get up. With a sigh, he pushed himself out of the chair, cracking his back as he stretched. He frowned at the sight of Rosie on the floor, and carefully picked her up to place in his chair. If she wanted the chair, so be it, but he wouldn't stand for her using the floor. Once this was done, he approached the wardrobe and pulled out a new jacket, which was immediately covering his arms and back. With a final glance at the Drelf on his chair, he slipped out to begin his duties.

Ooc, Rosie: I just don't want special treatment. Me: *shifty eyes*
Bic: Rosie was knocked out for the reminader of the morning. Her eyes fluttered open; she didn't want to move. Rosie knew she had to explain herself for sleeping on the floor to Daemon.

Daemon came in to check on her around lunch time, his expression carefully guarded; he was still in business mode. "Rosie?"

Rosie turned her head to the man standing at the door. "Yes",she asked.
