Oh! I finished the LelouchxSuzaku story you suggested (and quoted once more)! My analysis: well written, with little description and plenty of talking/bantering to keep you moving. The brief moments of heavy description, depending on the individual's viewpoint, could be too abrupt and too heavily written (compared to all the usual talking with little description), but I enjoyed the moments and thought they were well written.
I was disappointed at the lack of awesome-Lelouch-miracles occurring.
I was impressed by how the author kept the two in character and gave them traits (strengths and weaknesses, status positions, so forth) that fit with their characters. (Example: Lelouch can read and write well, Suzaku cannot. Suzaku can fight, Lelouch cannot. That added of Lelouch being good with a crossbow seemed fitting, somehow. I shall leave it at that.)
I disliked how the beginning was very humorous and the humor died off as the story progressed; but I admit, it was a necessary transition (from humor to seriousness) for the story to stay alive.
I've forgotten all my favorite quotes. *really should start writing them down*
I loved the ending (I'd been wondering how Lelouch was going to use up the last two wishes) and how Suzaku gave them their happy ending. =)
Also, the bit about lunch ("Are we hungry?" "This part of 'we' is not hungry. This part of 'we' had plenty to eat for lunch.") stuck to me so well that I found myself unconsciously using it to retort to Mom (refer to the Quotes thread). It has officially become my favorite quote.
