They're GIANTS!
The school I go to has a special sport that requires short people. :3 So now, I know bunches of small people. (Under 5'2") Then, of course, there's the ridiculously tall people that recruit us. (Over 6 foot)

OH GOD I KNOW IT'S TERRIFYING. One of them is three heads taller than me, and I'm not actually that short - I'm around 5'5/5'6 or something.

I stand on crates or chairs to make it less terrifying. Sometimes, they'll shrink down for me - thinking that helps - but IT MAKES IT SO AWKWARD! So I make them stand straight.
They're at least useful for two things: hiding behind and scaring people that trying to "kidnap" you. (Two of my friends tried doing this, so my giant over 6 foot friend pointed menacingly at them, said one word, and they ran in utter fear. T'was. Hilarious. :3 I was also with a fellow small person, and she tackled the guy that tried 'napping me.)
