Chronicles of Winterfell

[Rogue of Night]

In her search, Brilynn came across a small object. She paused in her wandering, tipping her head with curiosity before bending down and extracting it from it's post.

((I'm not sure what you want the items to be, which is why I didn't describe x3))

[Mika]

Aidan then noticed his fiancé was missing. "Brilynn?" he asked as he quickly started to search for her.

((Oh okay. It's an amulet thing and he jewel part is black, but it's moving on the inside.))

[Rogue of Night]

"Mmm," Brilynn responded, her gaze fixed on the golden amulet in her hands, the black jewel seeming to swirl with some form of energy on the inside of the shell. It was beautiful, and she couldn't stop looking. The patterns were fascinating.
The young fifteen year old stood then, gaze still transfixed on the elegant jewellery piece. "I found something...."

[Mika]

Aidan saw her and the object. His eyes widened. "Brilyn don't touch that!" he yelled as he used his own dark energy, by mistake, to shock her hands and form a sort if steam around her fingers.

[Rogue of Night]

Brilynn dropped it immediately, yelping in both pain and surprise as she pulled her fingers back to her body, holding them close and willing the discomfort away.

[Mika]

Aidan stopped with her hads and then quickly pocketed the jewel. "Why did yo leave my sight?" he asked in a bit of a rage in a demanding tone.

[Rogue of Night]

Fear flitted across Brilynn's eyes and she took a few steps away from him. "I didn't...I mean...you were busy...y-you didn't tell me I was supposed to...."

[Mika]

"Supposed to what?" Aidan asked her. "I'm sorry I had to do that, but trust me, the effects on you would be worse."

[Rogue of Night]

Brilynn shook her head, the tears from the pain slipping down her cheeks. She clenched her teeth then and took off toward the entrance, suddenly feeling quite claustrophobic in the cave with Aidan who had just hurt her intentionally. She knew this engagement was too good to be true.

[Mika]

((He hurt her?))
Aidan was about to speak but then sighed and frowned as he took the gem out again to look at it.

[Rogue of Night]

((her fingers, yes? The shock and then the steaming. She's very...erm...delicate when it comes to skin and such, what with being constantly sick. Low constitution.))

Brilynn ran until she could see the exit, glancing back momentarily to make sure she wasn't being followed, but as soon as she did, she tripped over something, wincing as she stretched her arms to lessen the impact. And, of course, just her luck, it was in fact a snake that she tripped over, which promptly bit into her ankle. She shrieked with pain, feeling poison seeping into her blood stream. She tried feebly to shake it off, but to no avail.

[Mika]

((Oh the steam was just there and the shock was by mistake if you re-read))

Aidan heard the scream and quickly located it and ran after her at top speed. This is why he shouldn't have been outside that one day.
When he found her he literally spilt the snake in half and remove the head from her ankle in one swift motion, throwing it away behind him with both arms. He then looked at the blood and poision a bit hungrily. "How long ago did it attack?" he asked while looking at her ankle, then tying his belt around the upper thy of the leg.

[Rogue of Night]

((mm, I know the shock was a mistake, but she doesn't know that ))

Brilynn whimpered a little as she watched him. "A few minutes ago."

[Mika]

Aidan bit down on the thing and began to suck the poision out frantically.

Brilynn cringed, bracing herself on the ground. She didn't want to scream in his ear, so she bit her tongue.
