Cole shook his head desperatly, "No, Hekan! None of this riddles and songs. I need answers. I know that you put my people to sleep, and that I am having a hissy fit and pleading to you. But WHY, Hekan? Why?" He pleaded to his shape shifter goddess.

"Why? For my own sport, of course! They will awaken when they choose; you will not be alone for long, King," Henkan replied merrily, shifting once again back into her original self.

Cole sighed and walked towards the stairs. "And I thought it was an evil SD plan or something." He headed down the stairs towards the dinning hall so he could eat some breakfest. "If you don't mind, I'm going to go get food. Hopefully the cooks are not sleeping . . ."

"That would be great Henkan. I've been living off ramen noodles and cookies for the past two months." he told her as he continued down the marble stairs, "Are there any other crazy antics you have been doing that I should know about?"

Cole sighed and continued walking, "I guess your right about that Hekan. The castle could be a little more nature-y. I'll give you props on that one." he admitted as they continued their way to the dinning hall.

Henkan giggled airily as she shifted into a phoenix, fluttering with glittering wings over Cole's head. She did enjoy her shifting abilities.

The two entered the dinning hall and Cole rushed over towards the kitchens. Of course the dinning hall was empty since everyone was sleeping. "Yes just keep shifting Hekan. Make the King jealous since he can only shift into a fox." the King said sarcastically.

"Well I mean something flying would be cool, but you know . . . I like being a fox too. They were always one of my most favorite animals." Cole stopped at the double doors to the kitchen, and yanked them open. He stepped into the silent kitchen and started to look for the cooks.

Taylor Kay dropped her Suitcase lightly on the floor of her old bedroom. She took off her jacket, spun around, and landed softly on her bed. Boarding school had been fun, but a hit of reality too. She needed to focus on life. She needed to find her meaning. Would Dead understand ? She just needed to be free, but have him by her side as well. She wondered when he'd be around to say hello. Surely he knew her arrival home was today.
